Avionics Installations Team Leader
Duncan Aviation, a leader in the corporate aviation industry for over 50 years has an immediate opening for an Avionics Install Team Leader in our Teterboro, NJ facility. This is an opportunity to join a team of aviation professionals supporting our Northeast customers. Our Team Leader will manage the day-to-day activities of assigned team members in performing Avionics Installations on corporate aircraft. The Team Leader is responsible for the timely completion and quality of assigned aircraft projects and promoting the growth and development of team members. The Team Leader will work with the team to install, modify, and repair aircraft wiring and avionics equipment and/or designing, fabricating and installing sheetmetal or related accessories and performing system checks, troubleshoot and repair squawks to ensure functionality of system installations. The Team Leader will also have the opportunity to share technical expertise by responding to internal and external customer questions and educating customers.
This position requires an individual with an Associates degree in Aviation Maintenance, Avionics, Electronics or related field or equivalent experience required and a minimum six years related avionics installation experience on a variety of avionics systems and a variety of airframes. Previous leadership and supervisory experience is preferred.

CitationAir Maintenance Controller
Job Description
The Maintenance Controller will monitor and manage the daily maintenance requirements of a mixed Citation fleet, ensuring that all maintenance events are performed according to Regulatory and Quality Assurance standards. Our corporate office in Greenwich, CT is fast-paced and requires the ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment while maintaining a high degree of professionalism at all times. The selected candidate(s) will have at least 5 years of Aircraft Maintenance experience, preferably with a background in Citation aircraft. Additional responsibilities include:
- Final ‘Return to Service' of CitationAir operated aircraft after unscheduled maintenance has been performed
- Ensuring that all unscheduled events are performed by qualified personnel in a manner that maximizes aircraft utilization and efficiency
- Reviewing maintenance documentation
- Updating aircraft maintenance databases.
Requirements
This position requires a current A&P certificate, a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience and computer proficiency. Citation experience strongly preferred. CAMP proficiency is a plus.
Schedule
Must be flexible with regard to shift which may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Compensation

FalconCare Program Administrator – TEB 1208
- Responsible for the day to day administration and processing of FalconCare claims, including: the review of maintenance transactions and invoices, preparation of documentation for invoice payment, completion of warranty claims, categorizing of expense elements, producing documents and reports as required by Dassault groups in charge of delivering support services, and reviewing flight activity reports to ensure income per hour is accurate
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports for FalconCare customers
- Assist in resolving service center disputes and customer account issues
- Coordinate with operator to ensure updating of data into the CAMP systems as required
- Required Qualifications
- Two year college degree (preferably technical/aviation) or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and inspection programs
- Experience in administrative functions in supporting requirements of aircraft maintenance
- Database management and MS Office skills
- Helpful and good natured, able to listen and care for operators to forge strong and lasting customer relations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate with multiple groups and meet deadlines
- Self starter who takes initiative and works with minimal supervision
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- A&P license and/or Pilot license are desired
- French/English bilingual is desired
- Prior experience in a customer service related position is a plus

Manager, After Market Programs – TEB 1212
The Manager of After Market Programs is responsible for continuous monitoring of industry, regulatory, technology developments and identifying items and products that would be of interest to the in-service Falcon fleet and of commercial interest to Dassault Falcon Customer Service. The Manager is accountable for the development of technical projects that provide STC's or optional Service Bulletins that meet the needs of operators of the in-service Falcon fleet. Rapid development of preliminary business assessments that consider the existing technical configuration of the in-service fleet is a core responsibility in order to facilitate efficient project and budget planning. Project accountability extends to the development budget and schedule performance. The Manager will also interface with vendors and regulatory agencies during project development and post-launch support phases and will be required to oversee vendor contract negotiations and content.
Responsibilities
- Continuous monitoring of the industry and technology developments to make the technical/configuration linkage to Falcon fleets in order to determine feasibility and attractiveness for Falcon operators
- Monitor existing production of Falcon programs for in-service opportunities based on existing modifications
- Monitor the worldwide regulatory environment, pre-empt in-service operator needs and propose solutions
- Perform overall market intelligence activities and self comparisons/benchmarking with competing OEM's
- Define a marketing strategy for each new project
- Hold constructive "pre-technical" style meetings with vendors to understand their proposed solutions; represent the operational needs of Falcon operators and the commercial interests of the Dassault Falcon STC Group and come out of these meetings with a vision of how to profitably incorporate the solution
- Create detailed business plans for each project and be able to present business plans to the Executive level in order to obtain funding approval
- Create, measure and manage the project development budgets and schedules
- Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Aeronautics or an Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a commercial aviation operation, an aeronautical product OEM (avionics, systems or propulsion), an airline or service center to include at least 3 of the following responsibilities:
- Technical program management in an aviation environment
- Aeronautical product certification plan development
- Working with aeronautical product OEM's
- Working with the FAA from a certification perspective
- Demonstrated success as a Technical Project Manager
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated skills as a leader or supervisor or people
- A&P license or equivalent experience and a Pilots license are desired qualifications
