Edward P. Dukich, owner of “Level III Resources,” has been providing NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and Supplier Level III services since October 1996. His services include NDT Inspections, Consulting, Training, Certification Testing and Auditing for the aviation community.
He began his career in 1974 as an aircraft mechanic in the US Air Force as a KC-135 Tanker Crew Chief/Inspector. He is a certificated FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanic and holds the following ratings: ASNT SNT-TC-1A & NAS-410 NDT Level III in Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Eddy Current, Ultrasonics and Nital Etch with special approval/endorsement from Boeing.
In addition to his time in the military, Edward has worked with well-known aviation names such as Grumman, Lockheed Commercial Aircraft, Allied Signal/Garrett Aviation, and Tower Air. Two of the highlights of Edward’s long and esteemed career were his involvement in the building of the replacement wings for the Space Shuttle, subsequently code-named Atlantis, and the X-29 experimental forward swept wing aircraft project.
